Our home is managed by MRs Fiona King who is a Registered Nurse and our palliative care trainer.
Our staff training program is intense
This includes , SVQ 2 in Social Care, Dementia Certification, Activities in a care setting, Challenging Behaviour training, full moving and assisting training, palliative care training along with the statutory training required.
Participation:
We encourage and expect residents to participate in all of the choices within the home, from outings to decor.
